Brendan - Director

Brendan is WorkPlace HR’s passionate Director. Brendan’s firm belief is that HR services can be both commercial and bespoke, which forms the back bone of our organisation. Brendan brings with him many years of support to businesses and can offer a hands-on and practical approach. He is able to advise on a full range of HR issues as well as contentious matters and employment tribunals. He has worked with multiple organisations within numerous fields, both corporate and charity, from start-ups, to subsidiaries, to flagship companies and household names.

 

Mark - Technical, IT & Marketing Manager

Mark is a highly regarded and extremely successful Technical & Marketing professional. Detail driven by nature, his technical capability and knowledge of media platforms is exceptional.
Mark is accountable for the development, implementation, tracking and optimisation of our marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Highly motivated and focused on building strong relationships, Mark is also responsible for developing successful marketing research, outbound communications programs, brand development, website management, and collateral materials that lead WorkPlace HR’s marketing strategies.

 

Josie - HR Advisor

Josie joined the team in April 2025 and is a seasoned professional with a robust background in payroll, finance, and human resources, refined across both local government and private sectors. With a CIPD Level 5 qualification and a track record of delivering operational excellence, she combines strategic acumen with a pragmatic, people-focused approach.

She thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about aligning organisational success with employee wellbeing.

 

Georgie - HR Administrator

Georgie is an experienced HR Administrator who has a background of working in fast paced environments whilst providing support to HR Directors and Business Partners. She has worked in several different fields prior to working in Human Resources, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge from different industries, Georgie thoroughly enjoys the diversity and interesting factors of the sector and in particular working with her portfolio of clients.

Since joining us in March 2023, Georgie has voiced a keenness to progress within the company and is currently studying her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma to gain further knowledge.

 

Tors - HR Administrator

Tors joined the company in April 2025, bringing with her five years of experience in Human Resources, along with a background in management, Health & Safety, and Governance. Her focus is on fostering a positive working culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance across all areas of HR.

She is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships and helping teams thrive. Tors holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and is currently studying for her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma to further deepen her knowledge and expertise.
