We collect information about you when you register/make an enquiry with us on our website or agree a contract for our products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

Retention of data
